I have managed, developed and presented education programs for account executives, development engineers, application/field engineers, channel partners, and resellers worldwide. I have extensive experience in managing, designing and delivering eLearning, Instructor Led Training, blended learning and educational programs. I have also implemented and managed both large and small Learning Management Systems to meet my clients needs. With over 20 years of IT and data storage experience, I am an accomplished speaker and trainer who has presented technical training courses worldwide. I began my technical career in the United States Air Force as a computer systems control specialist in satellite and microwave communications.I joined Dot Hill Systems Corp. in 1995 where I was the manager of educational services. In that position, I designed, created, and presented data storage product training to Dot Hill staff, Sun/Oracle, Motorola Computer Group, UUNet (MCI Worldcom) and a variety of channel partners.In 2004 I started Training by Ignition, Incorporated. Training by Ignition specialized in technical and sales training courses for the high tech industry. We built engaging online and instructor led courses aimed at captivating our audience ensuring students got the most out of each and every course. In July of 2011, I began working at Nimble Storage as the founding member of their education department and launched Nimble University.
