Temporarily relocated and reported to the Director of Quality to assist and consult on complex Printed Circuit Board quality project. Trained junior staff members on report development to disposition and report simple to complex Failure Analysis request. Originally recruited to help the quality organization to successfully implement and achieve DDI's NADCAP Accreditation.

Hired as an Independent Consultant reporting to the Quality and Program Management organization's to develop and deploy project related activities. Completed NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) project by coordinating and driving audit assessment activities with Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, and Process Engineering staff to ensure the readiness of the next phase conducted by NADCAP certified auditors' in the May - June 2009 time frame. Develop and implement Quality Score Card Metrics, Control Plan and Process Mapping, and Failure Analysis projects, through the Quality Director's objectives; documented and provided training for the staff. Consult and recommended to the VP of Operations NPI customer deliverables such as Risk Mitigation activities and Performance Metrics.

An Engineering member of the Printed Circuit Board commodity team; responsible for a wide range of PCB / PWB, Rigid and Capable Flex, and Back Plane Technology. Team's primary responsibility included the development and implementation of a global strategy utilizing domestic and overseas suppliers. Supported the commodity management activity to meet organizational cost-down goals of 12 - 15% annually, by aligning product requirements to the supplier's core competency while meeting stringent lead time requirements: 5 days for quick turn activity for new products and 4 weeks for volume production lead times. . Strong focus on driving qualification methodologies using product / process control plans and statistical techniques for new product introduction while meeting the department's deliverables of 95% completion. Utilized same techniques for qualifying products to lower cost regions to meet the organization's cost objectives Developed and maintained Supply Base Management procedures for qualifying low to high technology levels of PCB / PWB products that resulted in the standardization of a corporate coding system based on the products design attributes.Supported all production ramps and coordinated between suppliers, PCBA contract manufacturers, and internal customer program teams to resolve and close on product issues. Supported all production ramps to diagnose and disposition quality / process related defects for Teradyne's PCBA SMT and PTH manufacturing operations prior to outsourcing in 2006-2007 time frame. High level proficiency for failure analysis, independent labs, and micro section analysis.

Integrated with Teradyne ATE Operations team to qualify global suppliers to Teradyne.
