We work with Politicians, Union Leaders, Big Companies, Lawyers wanting to resolve conflicts when a situation of peace would alleviate problems, save costs and time, and above all else save lives, property and livelihoods of all and any people subjected to conflict.WHAT WE DOWe work with those who generate the conflict / or are its victims to explore their wants for a post-conflict, better future, and to discover what would have to happen to make it possible and worthwhile. We work to help them express what would make them happier - Permanently.HOW WE DO ITWe have them focus on what they want and what is possible, to discover what they have in common as human beings and what they need for a peaceful and productive existence. We have them describe being in a peaceful situation and agree how to achieve it. Agreeing to disagree is still an agreement. WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT US?We know that people are human, that even the worst atrocities have a reason, and are still human behaviours. We know that as long as people live, they have the capacity to believe and behave differently. Humans can create any conditions they wish for, and we help them discover what that is and how them can achieve them. Our competence, expertise and the methods we apply are the vehicles that convey our commitment. RESULTSPeople, creating peaceful futures, recognizing and enabling one another to live without fear, viewing history as valuable information, but finished. Recognizing that the history they have been responding to was not created by them, but a future that they want can be. Since the conflict is owned and understood by the people in it, we make no attempt to solve it. We are interested in how the people resolve it for themselves, making for a permanent peace.
