For IBM Consulting, Mr. Piotrowski is the Americas SAP Leader. Bill leads all aspects of SAP services solutioning, estimating and delivery for and with our clients in the North America and Latin America. Bill and his teams focus on business transformation design and build through application managed services and business process outsourcing across SAP’s cloud applications. Bill leads client value propositions to optimize their customer experience, transform finance, optimize supply chains, and to improve their employee experience. Bill develops and mentors his teams, leads HR processes, practice mgt, talent acquisition & geography key performance indicators and metrics. Bill has a passion for identifying and coaching the future leaders. Bill is the IBM executive sponsor for IBM’s 2020 acquisition of TruQua, an IBM Company. Bill led the M&A process from deal origination, due diligence, enterprise valuation, negotiations followed by two years of successful integration into IBM Consulting. From 2020 to 2022, Bill was globally responsible for the IBM Consulting services delivered on behalf of a global Fortune 50 food and beverage company. As Managing Client Partner, Bill led the enterprise transformation program, enabled with S/4HANA on Microsoft Azure, across their brands and operations. Bill has led several multi-year global enterprise transformation programs across finance, supply chain and HR, including global deployments, shared services standardization, mergers, acquisitions, & divestitures. Bill has led global teams with more than 1,000 people as well as small, agile work teams, across numerous industries incl: Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Fashion Retail, Travel & Transportation, and Telecommunications. Across more than 40 implementations, Bill has worked globally in countries such as Argentina, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, The Netherlands, Spain, and UK with extensive experience in center-based solution delivery from India, Brazil, Philippines and nearshore North America. While leading consulting practices and as a client partner, Bill has gained a diverse set of general manager skills, including P&L management, capacity planning and labor mix optimization. From 2018 to 2020, Bill was IBM’s Americas Enterprise Applications Leader, responsible for consulting across SAP, Oracle, Workday and Microsoft. Bill has served in similar consulting practice leadership roles in Life Sciences and Consumer Retail. Bill joined IBM in 2002 through the acquisition of PwC Consulting.
