Duties Included: Operating a variety of machines on various sites/environments (sewer and water, foundation, basements, septic systems, ponds, demolition, pools, rock walls), performing equipment maintenance, reading construction plans, following safety codes and industry best practices, and supervising job sites. Supervised team of three laborers, providing training to optimize workflow and ensure operations comply with regulatory requirements.• Completed 100% of jobs within budget and on or ahead of schedule through careful planning, actively managing site workers, and a proactive approach to cost saving in regards to materials and equipment.• Reduced overall maintenance cost by performing diagnostics and repairs on trucks and machines.
