By 2012, POP had delivered 10 consecutive years of organic double-digit revenue growth, employed over 200 creatives and technologists in offices in Seattle and San Jose, Costa Rica, and was creating award-winning work for global consumer brands such as Microsoft, Nintendo, and Target.In 2010, POP conceived and created WordFly, a digital messaging platform built to address the marketing needs of the arts and culture sector. Today, WordFly operates as a subsidiary of POP, serving over 500 entertainment venues and arts organizations in 12 countries, including the New York City Ballet, American Museum of Natural History, Royal Opera House, and National Gallery of London. In December of 2012, POP was acquired by Advance, a privately held media company whose portfolio of brands includes Condé Nast, The IRONMAN Group and American City Business Journals. Advance is also among the largest shareholders in Charter Communications, Reddit, and Warner Bros. Discovery.I continued to serve as POP's CEO for five years following the acquisition before joining the POP Board of Directors in January 2018.

Chief Executive Officer And Minority OwnerOl Reign Jan 2020 - Feb 2022Tacoma, Wa, UsAfter selling a majority stake in Reign FC to Olympique Lyonnais in 2020, I continued to lead the club as its CEO and Minority Owner.OL’s involvement in the club allowed me to expand the breadth and depth of my role on the sporting side of the business, where I served as the de facto Sporting Director / General Manager of the club. In this capacity I was directly responsible for all team operations, including financial planning/budgeting, salary cap management, legal, compliance, technical staff recruiting/management, youth academy, and player identification/acquisition. I was also a member of the NWSL Board of Governors and served as Chair of the NWSL’s Competition Committee.I led a transformation of the squad in 2020 and 2021 through the league's various player acquisition methods, including trades, free agent signings and NWSL draft. In mid-2021 I negotiated the return of head coach Laura Harvey to lead the squad. Under Laura’s leadership the team finished the NWSL regular season two points off the top of the table. The second-place finish led to an appearance in the 2021 NWSL semi-final match and Laura Harvey’s third NWSL Coach of the Year award.Following my departure from the club in early 2022, the technical staff and players went on to a semi-final appearance in the 2022 Challenge Cup and secured the club’s third NWSL Shield. -
Owner And PresidentSeattle Reign Fc Nov 2012 - Jan 2020Seattle, Wa, UsBeginning in mid-2012, I worked with U.S. Soccer leadership and a group of visionary individuals to help build the best women’s soccer league in the world. The result of our collective efforts is the National Women’s Soccer League, which played its inaugural season in 2013 and is now widely regarded as the most competitive and commercially successful women’s soccer league on the planet. In conjunction with these efforts, I founded Seattle Reign FC, which became one of the NWSL’s eight original clubs. I worked as both owner and operator of the club, overseeing all aspects of business and sporting operations. I represented the club on the NWSL Board of Governors and served on the league’s Competition Committee from its inception. Over Reign FC’s first seven seasons in the NWSL (2013 – 2019) the club twice won the NWSL Shield, made four postseason appearances, and delivered the league’s second-best cumulative regular-season record. The club featured 2014 MVP Kim Little, 2016 Defender of the Year Lu Barnes, and 2019 Ballon d'Or winner Megan Rapinoe, who played for the Reign from its inaugural season through her retirement in 2023. I recruited two of the best coaches in the women’s game to lead the team—Laura Harvey, who served from 2013 – 2017, winning two Coach of the Year awards (2014 and 2015), and Vlatko Andonovski, who led the team in 2018 and 2019, winning the Coach of the Year award in 2019. In 2016 Reign FC launched Reign Academy, a female-focused youth soccer club that now competes in the Girls Academy League. Today, Reign Academy fosters the development of nearly 300 girls of all aptitudes and abilities and supports the growth of female coaches in our region.In January of 2020, I sold a majority position in the club to Olympique Lyonnais. Post-acquisition, I continued to lead the club (which was later rebranded as OL Reign) as its CEO and Minority Owner. -
