Bill Prugh is a technology executive who also supports commercial and government customers as a Senior Advisor. Developing strategic vision, enabling implementation plans, and guiding agile environments, Bill enables organizations to succeed. Building partnerships, coordinating funding, and ensuring technical capabilities meet real world requirements, Bill brings 30 years of experience at the strategic, operational, and tactical level. In addition to developing strategy, providing leadership continuity, enabling streamlined processes across organizations, Bill also focuses on enabling customers to benefit from advanced technologies that include artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) efforts. Providing unbiased insight and recommendations that facilitate the decision making process are essential to leadership teams. Bill has been working cloud implementations, knowledge graphs, synthetic data, DataOps, MLOps, AIOps, and new approaches to data infrastructure. This experience allows Bill to develop strategies that include AI/ML while leveraging proven technologies and avoiding hype. Some recent efforts include a new approach to machine learning that minimizes data requirements and costs; automated creation of 3D representations from 2D imagery; leveraging language and transformer models to identify indicators and warnings from text data; and developing an agent based DevSecOps monitoring system for continuous insight into automated processes.
