- Provided third-level support and advisory services to employees, software developers, systems engineers, and the Professional Services department for Windows Active Directory, Exchange, BES, and other mail-related services.- Decreased messaging load on Exchange servers by 95% and spam in employees in-boxes to near zero, through the deployment of anti-spam and antivirus technologies. These two additional services provided e-mail access using a Blackberry or other smartphone (including the iPhone and Android-based phones).- Strengthened user, group, and computer security by implementing Group Policy objects to mandate items such as local administrator password, password-protected screen savers, and password length requirements.- Minimized business-impacting downtime by performing server maintenance outside regular business hours.- Wrote disaster recovery documentation for the management team in the areas of e-mail and Active Directory, which was quarterly reviewed and tested to maintain accuracy.
