- Provided third-level support and advisory services to employees, software developers, systems engineers, and the Professional Services department for Windows Active Directory, Exchange, BES, and other mail-related services.- Decreased messaging load on Exchange servers by 95% and spam in employees in-boxes to near zero, through the deployment of anti-spam and antivirus technologies.
