Bill is accomplished as a commercial builder and commercial real estate developer. He has also lead marketing and business development efforts along with estimating, project management, and site supervision for more than 34 years with a broad spectrum of experience in all phases of commercial construction along with a substantial share within the concrete restoration and retrofitting industry.
