Responsibilities include leading Commerical Loan Group Relationship managers, chairing credit committee, and managing/exceeding bank financial plans. Founded the Commercial Healthcare Group in 2010, expanded it into a Regional Group, and was the industry expert across the national footprint of Comerica Bank. Healthcare Group was regularly the highest performing group Nationally, and brought more new clients to the bank over the 6 years than any other Business Banking Group.

From 2000 until 2006 performed as a Relationship Manager calling into predominantly held Privately Owned companies to move their banking relationship to Comerica Bank. Ultimately promoted to Vice President in the group and was afforded an opportunity in 2006 to lead a team in North Dallas.
