Pastoral leader in charge of preparations for planting in a new location. I streamlined and provided leadership for volunteer teams along with paid staff to establish a new congregation in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In nine months, a full functioning church ministry of seven hundrend emerged, along with a twenty-five thousand square foot facility that became the Ann Arbor Vineyard Church. I was also a pastoral leader that administrated the care ministries of the church and provided training and directional leadership.

Commissioned a team of 40 volunteer leaders to administrate a three-day "Woodstock like" music festival attracting 15,000-20,000 participants annually, which provided a positive impact on the youth culture across the U.S. I was also involved in helping to pave the next stage of development that partnered the event with the City of Wilmore in a relocation effort making it possible to grow even further in span and influence. The Ichthus Festival was volunteer led, and my leadership influence was innovational and focused on the two-thousand volunteer workers to service the logistics of the music event that included security, food, product sales, and camping services. I was able to do this as I reorganized and adhered to an established yearly $350,000 budget.
