During this role I worked on multiple projects concurrently which looked to test new technology in live working environments and determine whether they add quality or cost based savings to our business. During this period I was appointed the global lead for virtual reality in DHL which I maintained in to my next role as a project manager. Played a role in presenting VR and AR opportunities to the business and our customers where was responsible for completing the first VR training prototype in our global business.

Played a key role in projects helping to set up of a new man management system and became proficient with Red Prairie on site.
