I am the Senior Vice President and Surety Practice Leader at ASSURANCE AGENCY and a specialist in the area of Construction, Mining, Real Estate, Manufacturing, IT and Waste. While Surety is my personal area of expertise, I also serve as a client executive managing the process of delivery of all products and services offered by Assurance Agency. As a full service insurance agency, our suite of products includes property & casualty insurance and employee benefit programs.Drawing on my background in accounting and extensive experience in underwriting for a large insurance carrier, I have the experience to understand the prequalification process. Now with 20+ years of brokerage service, I can combine this background with a deep knowledge of the marketplace to identify the best fit placements for my clientele. Our suite of surety carrier partners is extensive with more than 30 contracts.Throughout my career, I have excelled in leadership roles and have been instrumental in the growth of each business team under my control. My strong relationships with carriers is differentiated by knowledge of the surety market, underwriting instincts and ability to match unique needs with the product. I also holds membership in numerous associations and organizations in the industries I serve and am deeply committed to continuing education in these fields.Initially a consultant, I arrive at an understanding of a prospective client’s business plan, isolates the business goals, and design a game plan that best addresses all issues. I guide my clients through the information gathering process, and together we define a strategy that supports their business brand and will help them achieve their goals.
