CREATIVE DIRECTOR OF A NEW PARADIGM FOR CREATING ANNUAL REPORTS FOR THE MUTUAL FUND INDUSTRY• Directed the technical strategic vision of GCom2 Solutions during the company’s growth from a $2 million-per-year company to over $12 million-per-year. • Maintained associations with key client contacts, participating in marketing of company through pre-sales presentations. Our success rate was very strong, despite our competitor’s relative size advantages, capturing 23% of the mutual fund market. • Created, architected and managed the development of an automated process for the creation of mutual fund annual reports. The product created new industry paradigms in cooperation with our client teams. The new process reduced preparation time by approximately 30%. • Assembled and managed a team of fifteen IT specialists to write custom applications for variable data publishing management and typesetting. • Participated in and contributed to XBRL working sessions in the early stages of XBRL development, now the world standard taxonomies for financial XML reporting.
