I pride myself on being a results oriented, hands-on individual with progressive management experience. I am a talented, detail oriented professional with over 30 years of diverse experience in the quality management field. I have a great deal of experience in the implementation, improvement and daily administration of quality and business systems and am experienced in a wide variety of process improvement techniques including training as a Six Sigma Black Belt as well as lean manufacturing. I use both skill sets as necessary to drive continuous improvement activities. I am an expert at procedure and process development along with the elimination of non-value activities and am comfortable working in both office and production environments.I am currently employed at Schuler as the Quality Manager. We have three distinct areas in the company: hydro forming parts, customer service for current installations and new equipment sales. The part I most enjoy about working in the quality field is solving problems and working to improve our processes and capabilities. I genuinely enjoy working with people to bring about change which is the most important part of any improvement action. The people doing the work have in depth knowledge of the work they do, so it is extremely important to get their buy in on any activities being changed in their work area.
