I was raised by a blind mother who insisted her children would never miss out on the appreciation of the sighted world kids with "normal" parents so often take for granted. Her dedication has instilled in me an unparalleled appreciation for the visual arts. I'm fortunate enough to say my childhood was filled with museums and painting and drawing and art classes at 5 years old with children twice my age. This passion for sharing how the world looked through my own eyes spread to a career path and direction in life.Fast forward to present day, and you'll find an APA award winning photographer and designer with over 2 decades of professional experience, a degree in multimedia design, and a long list of prestigious clients to include The Chicago Cubs, The Weather Channel, Home Depot, Cox Communications, Coca-Cola, The Arthritis Foundation, Yamaha and many more. As a photographer, my work has been seen by millions on billboards in Times Square and across the country, on the air world wide for The Weather Channel, in magazines, newspapers, on billboards, featured on the Atlanta Beltline and more. I've worked with top talent including Al Roker, Sam Champion, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis to name a few. I've been interviewed about my photography live on national television. And I've captured the moments that capture the hearts of my clients from their wedding day to the smiling faces of children battling down syndrome. As a Camera Operator, I am a part of the crews who bring sports to life at the professional, collegiate, and even high school levels. When not bringing Chicago Cubs baseball to tens of thousands of screaming fans inside historic Wrigley Field, I can be seen working across the state of Illinois with a wide array of live sports production teams, as well as As a designer, I've created content in every medium and on every platform. Social media, big web, mobile, presentation design, broadcast, motion, print, large format, vehicle wraps, to name a few. I work with the full Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, Lightroom, and of course the full gamut of presentation tools and productivity software including Powerpoint and Keynote.
