Responsible for managing a multi-million dollar HPE Datacenter practice across all of SHI's sales segments. (Global, Strategic, Enterprise, Commercial, SMB & Public Sector). Main responsibilities include: * Manage a team of 16+ dedicated resources including management, technical, business development and operations focusing across the entirety of the HPE/Aruba platform.* Develop joint GTM strategy for HPE Server, Storage, Aruba Networking & Greenlake business units across SHI's various sales segments.* Build marketing and demand generation campaigns to drive business growth.* Enable team members to train and enable SHI's sellers on HPE's solutions, industry trends, market position, and GTM strategy.* Maintaining organization's partner status and authorization levels on all HPE solution offerings.* Building strategic relationships with SHI/HPE's distribution channel through focused sales campaigns and enablement programs. Negotiate and collaborate with key distributors to build a profitable indirect network - Tech Data Synnex, Ingram Micro and more.

Primarily focused on developing overall growth of all Dell product lines and business units within SHI International Corp. Create programs, spiff incentives, campaigns, training and account mapping sessions between sales teams to facilitate the growth of all Dell product LOB. Plan & execute marketing events.

Responsible for coordination, execution & reconciliation of $4+M marketing funding program while being top team resource on HP Programs.

· Provide consultation to customers regarding the purchase of software, hardware and services while working with internal departments to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Leverage our vendor/distribution channel partnerships to ensure best value pricing for customers
