Bill Schroeder is one of the founding owners of InTouch Practice Communications, Inc a practice/client communications firm which specializes in Veterinary and Dental medicine. InTouch specializes in providing fully custom telephone message on hold, appointment reminder systems, and social media marketing, fully custom veterinary websites, search engine optimization, online reputation management, and many practice branding products. We are proud that our products are exclusively endorsed by ADA Business Resources for American Dental Association members, and that they are approved for AAHA practices. Bill's great interest in Veterinary Practice Management lead him to complete the Veterinary Management Institute (VMI) program at Purdue University's Krannert School of Management where he graduated in 2010. Since his graduation, he has returned to help teach a portion of the Marketing Segment to VMI students. Bill frequently lectures and teaches practices how to apply social media techniques. These lectures and workshops go far beyond "Social Media is a good idea"​ and provide attendees with great understanding and the tools necessary to be successful in the space.
