Managed business transformation leadership, factory consolidations, product moves and low cost country manufacturing focus.• Assured CCS organizational effectiveness through re-organization, process improvements and spans & layers analysis to simplify and reduce overhead.• Continued to drive costs out of the organization. Volume up 12.4% year over year with L&B spend increase of only 6.3%, fixed costs up by only 1.6% and variable costs up by only 8.6%. Reduced direct headcount by 16% and indirect by 1.7%. Factory sales per employee increased 35% year over year.• Appointed CCS United Way Chairman for WHQ – raised $506K up 18%. Employee pledging participation was up to 67% from 52% in 2011.General Manager for Carlyle Compressor, full P&L responsibly for $140 million screw and recip compressor manufacturing site located in Stone Mountain Georgia, with 40 salary and 200 hourly associates and 54 design and manufacturing engineers located in Syracuse New York.• Carlyle continues to expand its margins with ROS at 18% in 2012.• Developed and trained ready now replacement for General Manager position.• Carlyle Compressor had zero LWIR for 2 years in a row and zero notices of violations received form Government site audit for the last 4 years.• Instituted monthly plant wide communication meetings for entire workforce, resulting in positive climate assessment feedback and more awareness on business goals / objectives.• Increased on time delivery to 98.2% with inventory turnover increasing to 13.4 turns.
