As Interim CEO and President of Jubilant HollisterStier CMO, I was responsible for reorganizing the plants in Spokane and Montreal and handing over the restructured business to a permanent executive.I was EVP & COO of Mayne Pharma LTD prior to its sale to Hospira in 2007. Located in London, I was responsible for $622M in sales of proprietary & generic pharmaceuticals in 60 countries. This included 1,700 employees made up of manufacturing, supply chain, and all in country operations. Restructuring initiated by me contributed to 6 record earnings quarters. I represented Mayne at earnings announcements, investor meetings and analysts meetings. Prior to Mayne, I was GM of Baxter's $830M oncology and multi-source injectable business. Responsible for five proprietary oncology drugs and 56 injectables drugs in 65 countries. My responsibilities included sales, marketing, strategy, business development, R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, finance, legal and HR. Prior to this I was VP of Marketing. I managed $826M in proprietary cardiovascular & anesthesia pharmaceuticals, multi-source pharmaceuticals, and anesthesia medical devices. I also served as VP Corporate Accounts and various other positions.Prior to Baxter, I held sales positions with Lederle Laboratories (now Pfizer). BS in Chemistry and an MBA.
