The Grand Sierra is a 27-story, full service casino-condo-hotel containing approximately 2.7 million sq. ft. situated on 144 acres and is the largest hotel resort and casino in Northern Nevada. The property is comprised of 825 luxury condo-hotel units and 1,170 regular hotel rooms. The resort also includes a 108,000 sq. ft. casino, 196,000 sq. ft of meeting and convention space, 1,800 seat Grand Theatre, seven full-service restaurants, six quick-serve restaurants, seven bars, golf driving range, shopping mall, health club and spa, thrill park, 50-lane bowling center, two screen movie theatre, 179 site full-service RV park, and a 40,000 sq. ft. video arcade. The resorts annual non-gaming revenues are in excess of $90 million and the annual casino handle exceeds $700 million.Major Accomplishments: ► Diagnosed and realigned customer loyalty program which drove 8% revenue growth in FY2012 ► Established an incentive program for the sales team aligned with overall business strategy ► Expanded data analysis capability by developing financial analysts to query via SQL ► Developed analytical capability to monitor KPIs for all business units of the enterprise ► Participated in restructuring of a diverse business, improved profitability by $40 million ► Demonstrated ability to develop P&A as a credible analytics unit despite resource constraints
