Features include 100% loan to value, flexible credit scores, great interest rates and no monthly PMI.-Jumbo Loans – Jumbo Financing is for loan amounts above the conforming loan limit ($453,100 in IL). I can offer competitive Jumbo Fixed and ARM rates with as little as 5% down. High loan amounts can be obtained up to $2 million.-Portfolio Lending – As a mortgage broker, I have access to private sources of financing not available to many big box banks. -Refinances – During the course of homeownership, there may be times where it is equitable to refinance your home loan. My goal is to present you with several options so you can make the right choice. We have programs to assist with cash out for consolidating higher interest debts, fund college, payoff student loans or even access home equity to make home improvements.
