The Business Word published a variety of mostly healthcare-related media, including the Managed Care Digest series, Healthcare Advertising Review, and Profiles in Healthcare Marketing. It also published TWINS magazine, and operated a printing subsidiary.

Interrobang, Inc., published College Press Service and High School News & Graphics, news syndicates for student media around the United States.In 1984, it acquired Tudor House Press, a local printing company.Tribune Media acquired the news syndicates in 1990. Tudor House Press was acquired by a local compeititor in the following year, and Interrobang itself was dissolved.
