As a Senior Associate and Shareholder, my goal is to provide and deliver a strategy to increase the level of knowledge across all aspects of our services. We've never had this position... While my path has morphed to an internal facilitator to connect seekers of knowledge with those who have it, my role has expanded to curate onboarding, provide opportunities for professional development, assist with recruitment, and evolve our process.Challenge accepted!

Jumping back to project work was a blast! Our team provided full architectural services for Peet's Coffee & Tea, TD Bank, Talbots & Virgin Atlantic. It was nice to combine my experience as an architect with what I learned from managing our digital tools.

Public Group and Private lessons, but my favorite part was developing content for and delivering training to instructors. Developed programs that focused on improving riding, teaching ability, and professional knowledge. Participated in and led clinics, on and off snow. Assisted staff in preparing for national certification exams.This experience is was propelled me to attend to UMass Boston to earn a Master's in Education.
