To reduce the time required for reporting, Mr. Squire developed custom reports within ServiceNow to efficiently create full bi-weekly reports with specific information on action items and risks pertaining to specific topics.Key activities Mr. Squire performed included weekly schedule risk reviews using Python, PowerBI, and ServiceNow to assist project schedulers with documenting schedule risks within the schedule; working with risk owners to escalate risks to subject-matter experts for specific risks and gaining input from program leadership on mitigation and resolution approaches; working with project managers and risk owners to ensure accurate risk documentation of mitigation strategies and timely escalation of risks and issues after successful implementation of mitigation strategies. The DRPs were an appendix to the ISCP and Mr. Squire was responsible for approximately 30 DRPs in which he ensured the correct information was migrated and aligned with all 2012 updates. Mr. Squire finalized each DRP review by facilitating a discussion with system/application developers and owners to close remaining gaps and gain acceptance from the stakeholders. Mr. Squire utilized the National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-34 as the basis for the quality assurance review of each DRP and gained significant knowledge of Microsoft Word formatting techniques. Each DRP was handed back to the client for integration into the ISCPs and Mr. Squire was responsible for the review of approximately 50 ISCPs to ensure consistency in information and formatting.

Common tasks involved the upkeep of the website, including: installation, modification, and regular maintenance of the system’s backend; the redesign of the frontend web interface for better usability and functionality; and extensive knowledge upkeep in HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) languages. During his research and work, Mr. Squire presented a robust learning solution for full classroom integration to school officials who implemented the program after his departure.
