I am a lawyer who has spent the majority of my legal career working with companies in the life sciences area, including businesses focused on pharmaceutical, diagnostics and biotechnology. I have worked with companies in various stages of development, from start-ups, to public companies, to large multinationals. In my 25+ years of practice, I have accumulated extensive and diverse experience in corporate/commercial law and business development. I consider my greatest strength to be the negotiation and drafting of legal agreements. My legal writing is precise and readable, and I can also be creative and flexible when solving disputes.
