Fielded calls related to integration and implementation of TRIMM products to insure compatibility between TRIMM products and customer specific applications. Collaborated with technical publications department to create product manuals and installation guides. Developed company Tech Support web site providing online access to build guides, manuals, how to guides and hands on product information.Developed and taught courses for internal/outside sales staff and manufacturing personnel on company product line of SCSI enclosures. Also train all levels of personnel on email, internet use, introduced and encouraged the general use of intranet and internet resources.

Custom off the shelf (COTS) design and build of data storage subsystems.Worked with engineering and design staff producing the first-build of engineering prototype designs for RAID, Server, and military hardware taking product from conception to production release. Designed, created documentation for all internal cabling and wiring internal to the enclosures adhering to military standards. Documented and incorporated necessary changes to sheet metal and circuit board assemblies. Produced build guides, training modules and test procedures for new product rollout. Maintained all lab equipment, supervised production personnel with build of new release product, also support legacy product and conducted first-line troubleshooting for equipment failures.
