As President of Lockton Philadelphia, my responsibilities and goals are focused externally on maximizing our clients' satisfaction and value received, and internally on ensuring a positive and collaborative culture within our Blue Bell and Philadelphia offices.As a Producer, I am responsible for generating and retaining new client partnerships for Lockton. Before making a career change into the insurance field in 2003, I spent more than 13 years in the apparel industry working for private and public companies. Six of these years were spent in management roles where I was responsible for employee recruitment, development and retention. I am bilingual (English-Spanish) and worked as an expatriate for 6 years (Peru, Costa Rica and Mexico).
