Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church has been offering Biblical teaching and preaching in Orange County since 1980, The basis of the congregation has been to share the Biblical message of God's Law and Gospel from the perspective that; 1. forgiveness and eternal life from God (accomplished for all through Christ Jesus) are offered by His grace; 2. this forgiveness is personally received through faith (not by any work or acquired worthiness in the individual, grace through faith), and 3. this Christian message is taught through Scripture (the Bible).As pastor, my calling is to prepare and lead Divine Services for the congregation and community and to offer pastoral teaching and counseling for those desiring the guidance of God's Word and spiritual support in a Christian caring community for the ups and downs of life.

Transfering from RE/MAX Premier Realty of Irvine to RE/MAX Fine Homes, my client base and expertise continues in the Central Orange County area while expanding to serve clients and real estate in the Beach Cities of Orange County.

As an independent contractor with RE/MAX Premier Realty, Irvine CA, my business included all aspects of marketing and service for residential and small business commercial clients. With a high success rate of gaining new listings and retaining existing clients my data base of client contacts has grown precipitously which includes a cross section of referrals and personal endorsements for my business ethic and service which is both professional and personal. Of interest is that a number of colleagues show their confidence and trust by entrusting me with their business when they were out of town or unavailable. General pastoral leadership in the spiritual life of the congregation and pastoral counseling through my Church office. This was an active time in the congregation with many groups and activities and special projects scheduled throughout the year.

Senior pastor. One year coordinating weekly communion services at Concordia Seminary; two years on Constitution Committee for Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, Missouri District (reviewing and advising new and revised constitutions for submission to the Missouri District Convention of LCMS). During my years at this congregation, we also had an active Field Education program for students at Concordia Seminary. I as responsible for overseeing the students work in the congregation and providing summary reports to Concordia Seminary. For one year, my congregation served as host to Wednesday Communion Services for Concordia Seminary students and faculty. This involved planning and leading the Communion Service as officiant pastor. These years I was also a pastoral member of the Associations for Lutheran Medical Center, St. Louis; and Greater St. Louis Lutheran High Schools; and Concordia Lutheran Elementary School (Pre-school through grade six). I served one year as Administrative Director of the school as support for a faculty of ten teachers and four staff.

Senior pastor of 2-congregation parish in satellite community of Edmonton, Alberta. Many of the members and the community were generational farming families or commuted to various professions in the thriving city of Edmonton. During these years, responsibilities and projects included: serving on the planning committee for the Alberta-British Columbia District convention of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod; coordinating a Christian religious study program for a community school grades one through eight; full congregational worship and educational programs; and pastoral counseling.

Since intended supervising pastor had passed, oversaw spiritual and administrative pastoral leadership of a 3-congregation parish. Faith was the largest of the two with N. Kleskin about 8 miles and Valley View about 70 miles from Faith Lutheran in Grande Prairie, Alberta Canada.

Data Center and Test Center, Toronto ON, Canada. Main frame computer operations. Responsibilities included: computing of IBM internal and client data projects on main frame computers at different IBM locations in metro Toronto and Markham, Canada; hosting and providing support for various business programmers and operations personnel sent to IBM to familiarize their staff with IBM main frame computers as part of their contract agreement with IBM; participate in IBM continuing education programs to remain current with hardware and operational advances; communicate with IBM internal departments in problem solving situations; operation of a national IBM online Brokerage computing network which as centered in the metro Toronto location.
