Oversee the exterior lighting validation team in the NAFAT region

-Responsible for scheduling and coordinating environmental, vibration and photometric testing. -Assign daily tasks to the technicians based on the test schedule-Work with the validation engineers to finalize the internal test plan-Plan and execute yearly lab budget-Develop and maintain functional test stands-Use best practices throughout the labs using 5S and Kaizan principles.

- Testing and validation of Automotive Exterior Lighting- Review customer specifications and create a design validation plan - Negotiate with the customer as to which tests are necessary and which tests are not required- Design and order test fixtures. I.e vibration, photo and water seal if necessary - Work with the production plant and program manager to get the required test samples- Organize incoming test samples and determine which tests will be performed - Coordinate testing with the test lab and outside test houses. - Analyze parts when testing is completed. Tear down test samples if necessary. Analyze and root cause test failures- Review test samples with the customer- Create test reports when testing is completed.

Responsible for inputting and analyzing warranty data for Toyota, Nissan, Ford and Mazda power window switches, clocksprings and HVACs. Work with manufacturing plant to resolve warranty and 0K issues and improve processes thru line audits.
