Updated and enhanced project Information Management execution and implementation plans and ensured relevant support work instructions, procedures, and processes were addressed and available. Enforced project work processes and workflows that governed the management, access and protection of information assets.

Managed and implemented the processes and policies to ensure engineering data is accurate, consistent, collected, and extracted for use by the project and operations teams. Coordinated with leadership and project team to define project data to be generated, consolidate and disseminated for proper review.

Coordinated with Asset Information Managers and project engineers located in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to collect information and project data deliverables for validation and compliance during final project turnover.

Application support and training for Adobe LiveCycle system for the entire Sadara Project. Conducted multiple detailed on-site training seminars to over fifty managers, engineers and support personnel in Madrid, Spain and Pattaya, Thailand,

Performed bi-weekly data runs which extracted engineering data from SmartPlant P&ID, SmartPlant Electrical, SmartPlant Instrumentation, and PDMS CAD and loaded into data warehouse, LifeCycle Server, to support Object Engineering and status reporting and metrics for the project management team. Consolidated engineering data deliverable to fulfill milestone project requirement.

Administered the project document repository and project portal site. Provided application and system support and training.

Performed close-out activities; reviewed documentation, prepared technical books for turnover to the U.S. government, and organized logistics of the technical books for turnover
