• Aid in the evolution from Company into Corporation and maintenance of Corporation duties and requirements.• Managing the financial risks of Morpho MFG.• Responsible for financial planning and record-keeping for Morpho MFG.• Implementation and transition of Board of Directors for Morpho MFG.• Mediating agenda for Board of Directors meetings.• Financial reporting to higher management.• Analysis of data related to Morpho MFG functioning, financial and operational.• Quarterly and Yearly financial statements.• Directly reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors.• Supervision of the financial unit for Morpho MFG.• Chief financial spokesperson for Morpho MFG.• Directly assist the chief operating officer (COO) on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to: o budget management, o cost–benefit analysis, o forecasting needs o securing of new funding• Strategic partner and advisor to the CEO for Morpho MFG.• Active participant in shaping the strategy of Morpho MFG.• Actively challenge the Company’s strategy and roadmap to reduce risk.• Serve as the financial authority in Morpho MFG.• Assist and aid in the governance and oversight with the Chief Executive Officer.• Play a fundamental role in the development and critique of strategic choices.• Set the financial agenda for the organization, support the CEO directly and provides timely advice to the board of directors.• Collaborate with and advise the Chief Revenue Officer of Morpho MFG in matters related to revenue streams and marketing channels.
