Working closely with Content/Strategy Marketers, Creative collaborators, Email developers and other Digital Producers, project managed translation, asset delivery, build notes and QA for over 30 (and counting) different and highly-nuanced "triggered" email campaigns, prompted by lifecycle and/or transactional behaviors, deployed to Old Navy email subscribers across US and Canadian markets. Interacted with several different Email vendors to insure creative refreshes are deployed in a timely manner. Accessed various internal and vendor-owned tools to optimize email content for seasonal and business critical refreshes.

Oversaw and facilitated project management of seasonal, in-season, promotional and cross-channel projects for Oldnavy.com and Oldnavy.ca, supporting the brand’s Commercial Plan. Managed the evolution of Commercial campaigns, overseeing complex projects. Worked with Associate Producers, ensuring timely and flawless execution of campaigns. Worked with the Senior Producer to consistently improve the creative pipeline. Discerned and advised on technical feasibility of project requests across channels and markets. Facilitator and change agent for campaign scope to ensure successful launches of both website and email campaigns.• Led large-scale projects, advising Site and Email Associate Producers in day-to-day execution;• Tracked project scope, resources required and digital deliverables for all cross-channel campaign launches, to move projects through the pipeline, escalating in-flight changes to the Senior Producer;• Advisor to and escalation point for Associate Producers, overseeing meeting facilitation, troubleshooting and collaboration with cross-functional teams;• Worked with team to maintain most efficient and effective processes and communications methods to manage projects;• Work with functional team members to execute process change when needed;• Educated cross-functional owners within the brand as to operational feasibility of projects and potential impacts to customers; provide alternative solutions to help mitigate risk.

Produced marketing and email campaigns for Oldnavy.com and Oldnavy.ca. Facilitated and tracked all project deliverables, driving issue resolution and communication related to site tools and functionality.
