Tiburon formed a data conversion team in August of 2004 and asked me to lead that team. This team was not only responsible forupgrading our clients' from older versions of our own applications but also for moving clients from their own or competitors systems to Tiburon’s systems. The primary ETL tools used were Pervasive Software’s Data Integrator (formerly Data Junction) as well as tools provided by Oracle and Microsoft. The target databases were either Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.

Support and enhance the CAD system I had developed while at Virchow Krause. Maintained and enhanced Tiburon’s AIX and Oracle based Law and Fire records systems. Modified the company’s geo-code system to handle Midwest rural addressing formats.

Responsible for Wisconsin's JobNet Registration and Job Search application. The technologies employed included both mainframe CICS/COBOL using IDMS and client/server using Visual Basic and Oracle PL/SQL. Responsibilities included project planning and management, applications support, problem definition and resolution, and status reporting. Reported to the Project Manager and Section Chief. Served as a member of the Department's Database Standards Committee.

Designed for remarketing purposes, School and Municipal Fund Accounting Systems, a Payroll System, and an Electric, Water and Sewer Utility Billing System. Develop a CAD (Computer Aided Dispatching) system used by Police, Fire and EMS agencies. Supervised a programming staff of six in the development of these systems. Staff supervision included annual performance reviews. Installed or supervised the installation of these systems at our customers' sites and trained their personnel in their use.Maintained, and designed and developed enhancements for a multi-client, Service Bureau payroll system. Worked with clients when client-specific system modifications or enhancements to this system were required.Worked with the firm's and service bureau's clients to develop client specific applications or system enhancements. Planned and installed operating system upgrades.
