JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Directs the information technology resources of D. L. Lee & Sons Inc.2. Oversees the implementation, management, and monitoring of network operations and security.3. Prepares short and long term plans to grow and maintain all IT resources.4. Anticipates future network needs, identifies proactive solutions to satisfy needs.5. Serves as the principal contact point representing IT for D. L. Lee & Sons Inc.6. Design, monitor and maintain physical network infrastructure including network servers, routers, switches, cabling, etc. 7. Design, monitor and maintain Wireless Networking (WiFi) infrastructure for company including policy based device access and control.8. Design, implement, monitor and maintain company network security infrastructure including Firewall/Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware/SPAM/Web Filtering/Policy based network access/ VPNs/Intrusion Prevention Systems/BYOD Device Management.9. Design, monitor and maintain network server virtualization infrastructure based on Microsoft Hyper-V technologies.10. Design, monitor and maintain multi-level disaster recovery program with regular testing to ensure system is working to designed specifications.11. Design, monitor and maintain automated and remote management of network resources to minimize network down time, and maximize effective use of personal resources.12. Maintain proper documentation of network resources.13. Plan, monitor and maintain internal security camera systems including analog and digital cameras and related equipment/software.14. Maintains knowledge of current policies, laws, trends and developments in the field by reading appropriate publications and attending training sessions and conferences.15. Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior.16. Provide technical support to staff.
