I oversee all Nike last development and commercialization. I manage the Nike Last Engineering team, where all of the digital creation of our lasts takes place. We then work with a group of eight world class last vendors globally to produce the lasts for our factories and as well as our needs at Nike's WHQ in Beaverton. Other duties include making custom.

Development and commercialization of shoe lasts across multiple categories using traditional as well as digital means. Mentoring others in the art of last development and the use of specific 3D CAD applications. Passing on 35 years of experience in last development and fit discipline to the masses at Nike.

Development of shoe lasts for a wide variety of shoe companies in a variety of industry markets and geographical locations. Supplier of individual pairs of lasts to more than 300 custom boot and shoe makers. Consulting on fit, last development and technology, specifically 3D footwear CAD systems and foot scanners.

Responsible for all footwear product sales in the USA. Set national and global records for Lectra in footwear sales. First North American sales person to make budget. Nearly tripled the number of footwear customers in less than 4 years including the addition of some of the major names in the industry.

Worked for Sterling after selling The Last Word to them. Left after Jones & Vining purchased Sterling in December, 2000. In charge of technical services and custom last division.

Last development for production lines and custom shoemaking.

Started in the factory, learning every operation in the making of production lasts. Trained as a model maker, eventually becoming a master model maker and model room manager. Product Manager for Compu-Last®. Left to start my own last development company, The Last Word.
