Responsible for preparation of external reporting for Washington Sports and Entertainment LP (WSELP).Developed consolidating and consolidated reporting financial statement package for ownership and external reporting needs.Maintained financial records relating to the construction of the Verizon Center arena (formerly MCI Center) in Washington DC. Once project was completed, coordinated and worked with external auditors to prepare a Cost Segregation Study analysis of total construction cost totaling over $200 million.

Responsible for accounting functions and Box Office at the Cleveland State Convocation Center. Over the period of employment, the facility improved operating performance from a substantial deficit to profitability in the 3rd year. Centre Management was contracted by Cleveland State University in December 1992 and brought arena management business sophistication and entertainment experience to the arena which allowed for a focus on building and delivering steady performance growth.

Responsibilities included supervising all corporate office accounting functions, consolidating and consolidated financial reporting, completion of monthly debt compliance and interaction with asset backed lenders, coordination of the annual external audit process performed by Ernst & Young, and preparation of the annual budget package submitted to lenders.
