My role is to design and deliver a suite of training curriculum for the POP-Market suite of software. Using both live web based meetings and a variety of pre-recorded training sessions, my role is to ensure the users of the POP-Market system are both well trained and well informed, helping them to maximize ROI thanks to the program.

My main role is to train the various brands of Jones Apparel on our UGS PLM system. Also responsible to day to day troubleshooting, testing, admin functions and ensuring the employees of Jones are well trained on all new builds of the PLM system.

Trained the companies various ERP and reporting systems to existing users, new hires and acquired companies.
