Well, this was me when I first started out in my career 24 years ago, and along the journey I invested in myself through reading, schooling, and learning from people more experienced than me to ensure I was headed down the right path of great people leadership. During my career, I have strategically elevated customer experience and increased organizational effectiveness and team capability by designing and implementing novel processes, service level objectives (SLO), reporting and analytics, and high-level training. I also empower and motivate teams to achieve strategic objectives and seamlessly navigate change as an influential people leader, change agent, and sought-after motivational speaker. Below is a selection of some of my top accomplishments from my career: • Introduced real-time support performance metrics into dashboards and analytics at to address the lack of visibility into customer experience; facilitated immediate awareness of performance and issues for support leaders and executives by formalizing KPIs and metrics from SLO processes• Designed and implemented a new pay structure for the engineering team, resulting in immediate and sustained cost savings for the organization.• Spearheaded the development of a comprehensive technical support strategy, identifying inefficiencies in the previous structure and formulating a robust plan for growth, cost savings, and improved efficiency.• Implemented training and career development program within team to address lack of transparency and consistency in career opportunities.
