Led and managed the set-up of the Shared Service Centre and transfer of Euro 150 million in payments, employment and development of 50 staff, implementing internal and external compliance procedures and negotiated and contracted with suppliers.I've been involved in specific projects including introduction of new business model utilising existing transfer pricing and TOMS regulations, corporate restructure, change of statutory reporting from single entity in GBP to group reporting in Euro's and implementation of new accounting system (Microsoft Dymanics AX).
