The Technical Subcommittee oversees the rigorous awarding process and recommends yearly recipients of the Thailand Quality Award to the National Committee. We design and regulate the assessment process, screen and appoint TQA assessors, translate the Baldrige Criteria into the Thai language edition, and undertake other tasks pertaining to Thailand Quality Award's operations.

Appointed by OHEC to serve as Mentor in the EdPEx Incubator Project to assist leading universities in the Kingdom to adopting the Baldrige-based education excellence model in their institutions. Also served as EdPEx Assessor to certify level of EdPEx proficiency and maturity of universities and faculties.

For 2015, SEPA for National Housing Authority, HPO and strategic planning for Sports Authority of Thailand, advanced SEPA assessment for Government Saving Bank, third party SEPA assessment for Port Authority of Thailand, EdPEx Mentor appointed by the Higher Education Commission of Thailand to assist King Mongkut University of Technology Thonburi in adopting the EdPEx(Baldrige Education) criteria, appointed member of the Excellence Committee in introducing DDC Excellence Criteria to enhance performance in all areas of Department of Disease Control, and third party PMQA FL assessment for the Defense Technology Institute of Defense Ministry.

Advisor to the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC) of the Royal Thai Government in their implementation of the Public Sector Management Quality Award (PMQA) framework for public administration excellence. Served as PMQA Assessor to certify government entities on their level of organizational excellence. Certified 4 state universities in 2011,and 3 in 2012. Also certified 20+ government offices under the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Agriculture, and Ministry of Energy in 2012. Performed assessments and site-visited 2013 winners of the PMQA Category Award, plus certified additional 15+ government agencies in Fundamental Level(FL) of the PMQA - including The Secretariat of the House of Representatives and The Secretariat of the Senate.
