Bill has over 25 years of claims management, financial, structured settlement, and marketing experience. He has co-hosted internet radio shows on the Legal Talk Network, including the three-part “Personal Injury Victims as Unique Investors”, as well as shows on “Behavioral Finance”, “Trusts”, “Life Cycle of a Lawsuit” and other financial topics. Bill has also written articles in magazine and digital form, and on blogs, for a variety of industry media outlets including: Claims Magazine, The Self-Insurer, and Litigation Management (CLM).Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree, and Masters in Business Administration in Finance degree, from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. He earned his Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) certification in 1994 at the University of Notre Dame, and was a participant and faculty member in the inaugural Masters in Structured Settlement Consulting (MSSC) class at Notre Dame in October of 2014. He has been a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) since 1991. He was formerly the Chair of the Education Committee, and is the current Chair of the CSSC Program, and the new Master’s Certificate program (MSSC), both held each year at the University of Notre Dame.He also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Erivan K. Haub School of Business, Department of Finance, at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, the Campolo College of Graduate Studies at Eastern University, and is also on staff in the Business & Economics Department at Ursinus College outside of Philadelphia.
