I am blessed to have come from a longstanding heritage of builders, spanning over six generations of family history and experience in general, civil, and specialty trade construction throughout the US Northeast and Midwest. With over two decades of operational and executive experience in the construction industry, I founded CCG to help specialty contractors overcome the same challenges I’ve faced throughout my career. Before starting CCG, I had the privilege of managing and growing two multi-generational (G4), multi-family owned and multi-family operated construction companies with combined annual revenues of $100M. At CCG, I apply my executive industry knowledge and expertise to ACQUIRE, GROW, and perpetually HOLD construction companies. Through a proven process, we streamline operations, build strong teams, and drive results all while Honoring the Legacy and Building the Future of our family of companies!I am a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) through the Exit Planning Institute (EPI). This certification allows me to holistically help business owners in the construction industry navigate the complexities of exit planning, ensuring successful transitions and long-term sustainability.As a Professional EOS Implementer®, I bring a unique, hands-on approach to guiding business owners and teams through the EOS® process. Having personally implemented EOS® while leading my own companies, I understand the challenges they face and how to align teams, create a clear vision, and build a culture of accountability. My goal is to help businesses achieve sustainable growth and thrive in an ever-evolving world.I’m passionate about advocating for positive change in the construction industry. It is an honor and a privilege to serve on the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) Board of Directors and AGC Specialty Contractors Committee, as well as the Central Illinois Builders Chapter Executive Committee and Board of Directors. I’ve held leadership roles within the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors (PHCC), and local labor union JATC programs. I’ve also had the honor of engaging with local, state, and federal governments, working on positive industry impact through government relations and legislation.I graduated from Bethel University and have been married to my wonderful wife, Ruthie, for 15 years. We stay busy with our three children—Emma (10), Adelaide (8), and Austin (6)—who are actively involved in sports and recreational programs.
