About Bill Waye

After 46 years in banking I decided it was time to leave the workforce and make room for someone in the ambitious and aggressive stage of their career to move up and take commercial banking to the next new thing.I began my career in bank operations, processing checks on the night shift, ultimately moving into management. After several years in operations I tried the lending side of banking as a correspondent banking officer, but came back to operations and began the treasury management department back in 1981 when it was called cash management. I consider myself very lucky to have been involved during the infancy of cash management, learning how banks and businesses really worked, and the true value of real relationship banking. For the last several decades I have been privileged to build relationships with people and companies of all sizes and types – from small businesses with one employee to fortune 100 companies with global presence and operating needs. I hope to maintain as many of those personal relationships as possible and look forward to this next phase of my life!
