    In Corporate Development, my team and I needed to answer the question, “How and where do we grow?” We were responsible for the planning and execution of a wide range of strategies including M&A, strategic partnerships, new market development, and product innovation to meet specific organizational objectives. Creating a long-term value for the organization through a dedicated, deliberate and sustained process, my team and I played a vital role in development of corporate growth strategies which were measured by revenue generated from growth in new markets and/or products. To do this, we created a vision, "strategy pyramid", and tools for market assessment, product gap analysis, and M&A target analysis. Within the first year, the team: identified and evaluated 150+ M&A opportunities, resulting in 15 NDAs, 5 Letters of Intent, brought 6 new products to market, established a global strategic partnership with private label agreement, and developed business plans for three key industry segments. By 2018, the team closed on three acquisitions that would increase revenue by approximately 28%.
