Bill Wescott brings over 22 years of sales and sales management experience to recruiting. A Virginia native, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from Christopher Newport University and began his career with Lanier Worldwide. After a successful four years at Lanier, two and a half as a sales manager, he went on to the position of General Manager at Pro Staff Personnel Services, Inc. in Tampa, FL, where he learned “the art of recruiting” while managing the Central Florida region. From there he went back to technology sales as a District Sales Manager for Peopleclick, Inc., an applicant tracking software company, and further expanded his expertise in recruiting processes and workflows. Bill has spent the last 11 years selling workflow automation and standardization solutions (SaaS) to Property & Casualty insurance carriers for Verisk Analytics (formerly ISO), HyperQuest, Inc. and Myriad Development, Inc.Bill resides in Apopka, FL with his wife and brings vast experience and knowledge of all aspects of recruiting services and technology sales to his team.
