I coordinated all phases of the SDLC across multiple teams, from requirements to production migrations. I successfully managed 3 technical releases, two of which were wholly developed by offshore teams based on requirements generated by the onshore staff. The third release was all done onshore. CMMI standards and procedures were used through all phases of these projects. The Portable People Meter is an electronic device about the size of a pager. This device is carried by selected participants and is used to collect and report radio station listening information back to Arbitron. This information is compiled and used by Arbitron, radio stations, and advertisers. This new device is replacing Arbitron’s diary system in the major radio station markets.
