From 2001 through 2005, I held several roles within Best Buy primarily reporting to the CIO and the SVP of Transformation. Within the IT organization, I led large system implementations and oversaw large portions of the project management teams. While in the Transformation, I assembled and administered an Enterprise PMO which included business initiatives across all facets of the company.

ClubTIX was a pioneering concept of creating "Clubs" that allowed individuals and businesses to create closed marketplaces for buying and selling tickets. The business appealed primarily to businesses possessing high quality seats (e.g. suites, premium seating) to distribute those tickets in a controlled fashion (either for sale or free). The business was started in 2002 and sold to Best Buy in 2005. My role as Owner and later President under Best Buy's ownership was all aspects of business development and execution.

As a consultant with Accenture, my focus was assist organizations to drive change. Primarily this change was initiated through IT implementations of software such as Oracle, Retek, Siebel, etc. My time was primary spent leading these large engagements. Therefore, the majority of my time was spent strategizing with the client, developing execution plans, and leading the execution of those plans. I built a strong reputation for on-time delivery with close coordination with the business.

As a contracting officer in the Air Force, my primary responsibilities were to over see the procurement and acquisition projects. During some of my assignments, I would oversee the acquisition of specific product lines for a base (e.g. civil engineering goods, base services, etc.). For other assignments, I would be focused on a single weapon system and the contracts related to that weapon system. For example, I oversaw the cockpit refurbishment of the C141 aircraft fleet.
