Management of all client and internal technical matters for a fast growing solids control equipment and drilling fluids operation.

Responsible for coordinating all relations with agents, partners and affiliated companies in +/- 40 countries, as well as client relations in these countries. In charge of all sales and marketing efforts worldwide. Charged with building the business back up after a period of decline. • Developed a strategic business plan to revive an operation that had suffered since the invasion of Gulf War.• Increased annual revenues almost 5 times over in four years.Supervised all operations of the drilling fluid product line, bringing several partners online and strengthening relations with several others. Pioneered a new business model for agent/partner relations.

Managed product and engineering service delivery operation for national and multi-national clients with full product line P&L responsibility. Directly responsible for operations of laboratory, mud mixing plants, and grinding facilities with assets in excess of $3 million and an inventory of over $10 million. As chief technical and commercial liaison with clients, was responsible for sales, customer service, and contract concerns. Supervised 40 personnel including engineers, supervisors, plant and warehouse personnel, lab technicians and administrative staff for land, swamp and deep water offshore operations.• Developed a strategic business plan to revive an operation in serious decline.• Increased monthly revenues from $100K to over $2 million within 18 months.• Increased a 3% market share to 20% servicing seven oil rigs and five customers.• Instituted environmental and safety awareness programs, dramatically decreasing HS&E incidents.• Managed operation of Raymond Roller Mill capable of 150 MT/day and mixing plants handling 10,000 bbls of fluid.

Responsible for startup operations and inventory control management, as well as for a new laboratory and mud mixing facility supporting field operations. Supervised introduction of product line to national companies and international customers. Managed technical service of 40 field engineers and staffed up from scratch to over 80 engineers, supervisors, warehouse personnel, lab technicians and administrative staff, with full P&L responsibility.• Achieved over $1.5 million in monthly revenues (from less than $200,000/mo.) within the first year acquiring three clients and servicing eleven oil rigs (up front from one rig).• Planned and developed infrastructure to increase client activity.• Established initial supervisory and system processes and policies.• Implemented inventory and quality control procedures.• Established a new laboratory and implemented engineering reporting systems.• Set up and operated a mixing plan capable of processing 9,000 bbls of liquid mud.• Supervised initial ISO certification of drilling fluid operations.
