Billy Pierce is a Doctoral Student at Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania. Colleagues describe him as "During the summer of 2022, I had the pleasure of managing Billy Pierce as our TPM intern for the Video Engineering Team at HBO Max. The Video Engineering Team plays a key role in delivering a great streaming experience to HBO Max customers, and Billy’s work at HBO Max put him right in the critical path of helping us evaluate and improve our customer’s streaming experience.
